CPU and Motherboard help!?

On my current comp i have 1.8GHz core 2 duo and i was planning on upgrading it. It has an fsb of 1066mhz. Can i upgrade it to a quad cpu with a 1333Mhz fsb if it has the same socket shape and my motherboard supports the clock?
