Nowhere to pull over!!! Help?

My 8-year-old son and I are on our way to a nice banquet with our entire family and we are stuck in extremely heavy traffic. I mean the cars are moving like 10 mph! My son says he has to pee really bad but there's nowhere to stop and nothing he can go in. He can't go out the car either because were still moving. Btw I'm using my phone
