How can I get men to approach me?

I'm a very good looking hispanic young woman, I am fit and dress well. I have a great job. I am funny, fun and caring, project an image of confidence (I'm a Leo, what can I say). I can be polished and refined or be a tomboy not afraid to get dirty. Why don't men approach me? I always get the same thing...stairs. I have been told that I am unaproachable and intimidating because of my looks (pls don't take as conceeded) it's not fair. I do have to say that I have a stoic serious face. If they only knew how down to earth I really am. I always get from other people that guys have inquired about me but that is as far as it goes. People tell me that they can believe that I have a problem. What can I do to be more approachable?
