What can you tell me about Rangsit University in Bangkok and/or University of Malta in Msida?

I'm debating between several study abroad programs through my college and am wondering what people think about both these schools. I would really appreciate ANY and ALL information about these places that would help me make my choice. I really just want to avoid signing on to attend a school only to realize that I made a terrible mistake. Please teel me anything you know about these cities and colleges. I'd appreciate personal opinions as well as I have nothing to go off myself.
