If a lady had her car fixed at an auto repair shop and someone there-presumably a worker or owner, placed a confederate flag on her bumper leaving the bumpers paint messed up when removed, what kind of tort case does she have if any against the company? She is looking to recover for paint damage and humiliation suffered as a result of the sticker on her bumper. She is African American, the car was fixed at a Caucasian body shop-her car broke down the previous night and that's were the tow truck company dropped it off. Please help! Thanks!
