How to make good bonsai plants, as trying my hands at it, basice information coz m a beginner?

I m truly in love with bonsai, but i hv never tried one. Now m thnkng to begin, someone please give me each n every information about how to make it. Please name all the equipments, how much time it will take to mature. As m indian please dnt name those plants which i can't find in india. Why pebbles are used in it? Can i exprement with apple n orang plants? Please ans.
