Is my computer good enough the way it is to install this video card?

Well the board certainly would support it but the power supply seriously worries me.. I'd suggest you replace the power supply as it is. You could try adding the card and seeing what happens but in my opinion I don't think the PSU would be able to supply enough to run the whole system at top performance (If it will run it at all).
