just go after him. And when you sign yearbooks jusk ask if he would like to sign yours. If he asks you to sign his after that just put something like "hope to get to know you better" and then "text me" writing your number in there. If that sounds weird dont worry about it, it happens all the time. Plus its your last day right, what have you got to lose? Good luck! :)
