What is wrong with me?? I'm stuck in a fantasy and delusion thats not real.?

It's not so bad. You are sad, but are you suffering? You could have third degree burns all over your body, that would really suck. And it sounds like you have a computer to entertain you. I love my computer. It sounds like you enjoy music, maybe you should get some music software and try making some of your own, it is not that hard to learn. Then when you have been sitting at your computer all day, you have actually created something beautiful, and you feel like you had a good day. And you can share your creations with others, whenther in 'real life' or on the internet. It doesn't have to be music, it can be painting or photography or writing poetry or whatever. It feels nice to just do something rather than pively watching the screen. That is why I like to answer questions on here. And sometimes people are very grateful, and write nice things on here, which is nice.
